Artificer Armor is a Devastator/Havoc class perk available at level 25.
Description
This perk shortens the delay before armor regeneration starts by 5 seconds (2.5 instead of 7.5)
In-universe, Artificer Armour refers to Marine powered armour suits that have been literally covered with various forms of blessed items. Due to the nature of the Warp, that actually does improve the armour.
