The Relic Bolter (advertised as Golden Relic Bolter) is the Walmart pre-order bonus for Space Marine in the US and the Blockbuster pre-order bonus in the UK. It is a purely cosmetic option and is functionally identical to the standard Space Marine Bolter. It is also available for DLC purchase, along with the Relic Chainsword.
It is to note that no Space Marine can equip both standard and Relic Bolter at the same time with the Weapon Versatility perk.
